  I really do love my apartment complex and the amenities/event's that they have for the residents. I love how the events bring everyone out. And this the first apartment complex that I have lived in where the property manager Mr. Paul is so genuine and caring towards every resident and guest that live and visit Woodmore Grand Apartments.

  I had an outstanding experience touring while searching for a 2-bedroom, and I have to highlight LaToya for truly setting the bar. From the initial inquiry through the tour, her level of professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail was exceptional. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, walked me through all available options with transparency, and made the entire process feel seamless and stress-free. What stood out most was her genuine approach, she didn’t just “sell” the apartment, she made sure it was the right fit for me. Customer service like this is rare, and it made a lasting impression.   We recently toured/applied at Woodmore Grand and had such a great experience, especially because of LaToya! She did an incredible job from start to finish. She was extremely professional, sweet, patient, and respectful throughout the entire process. She answered all of our questions thoroughly, made us feel comfortable, and never made us feel rushed or overlooked. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about providing excellent customer service, and LaToya absolutely does. She truly made the experience enjoyable and welcoming for us.   I made the best decision moving here to Woodmore Grand. This is a family oriented community andbis extremely inclusive. The staff here is top notch! Paul, our property manager treats everyone with so much respect and kindness. LaToya, the assistant property manager always greet you with a smile, and will go above and beyond to assist residents. A special shout out to LaToya for dumpster diving with me in search of loss keys. You rock! But wait, it doesn't stop there. Umar and EK, our maintenance staff does the work of 20 men. There is no service request to big for them. Thanks Umar for assisting me with jump-starting my vehicle. Last but not least, I would like to thank our enviromental service staff for keeping the premises clean and smelling good.

  Paul and the team at Woodmore Grand Apartments truly go above and beyond for their residents. As a vendor, we’ve had the pleasure of working with them on multiple resident events, and Paul always makes it a priority to plan ahead and create fun, engaging experiences for the community. He genuinely cares about his residents and makes sure there’s always something exciting to look forward to each month. The community itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and in a great location with plenty of shops and things to do nearby. The residents are always welcoming and take pride in where they live, which really adds to the overall atmosphere.
