  Refused to give my daughter her security deposit and came up with a straight across the board as he said, if you live there under five years you have to pay to replace carpet.

  Mr. Kerrick provided excellent customer service. I made a total of three visits to his office, one scheduled and two unannounced and all three times, he was courteous and very respectful. He was extremely patient with me and made me feel welcomed. He answered all my questions and did it with a smile. One of the best experiences during my search for my new home. He represents your company well.

  Good morning everyone I am very excited today. I am very happy today. Today is 28 May I just left my new place at Woodmore Grand. I love it is wonderful. I give them a five star rating. They treated me so good very professional. They quick fast with the things they do. I get shout out to Miss Latoya. She’s a wonderful sales rep the property manager, Mr. Paul. He’s also a great person when we think something is not gonna go forward. He made it very possible for me. I thank you for that. Also, I praise God on everything now I’ll be moving in tomorrow, which is Friday thank Almighty high Jesus Christ.
