  I DESERVE BETTER. I’m embarrassed to call this place my residence!!!! The week before I moved in, I took pictures and video of the apartment. There was a crack in the shower floor which was addressed in the video with the property manager as she was giving me the tour of what was going to be my new apartment. Move in day the crack was seemingly fixed. Only about 2 months after I moved in that crack started to reappear in the SAME SPOT. I put in a work order and asked for repair. I spoke to maintenance and they said I was responsible as it was something I may have dropped on the floor. I requested an investigation as this damage was the cause of the previous damage that CLEARLY was not repaired properly. Not only did they accuse me of the damage but they said the previous damage was in another area of the floor. I sent the video I had along with pictures asking them to be reasonable. It was CLEAR that they did not want to take accountability. The property manager called me and said they would not fix the damage unless I paid for it. WOW!!! Just appalling!!! The crack remains and I know they’re going to take it out of my security deposit when I leave this AWFUL PLACE. It would be one thing if I didn’t see the crack before move in. If I didn’t take pictures and video. Then it would just be hearsay. But it was addressed right away and they’re doing nothing about it. Amongst other reasons, I DESERVE BETTER from my apartment. And I’m counting the days til my lease is up. I will NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

  Refused to give my daughter her security deposit and came up with a straight across the board as he said, if you live there under five years you have to pay to replace carpet.

  Mr. Kerrick provided excellent customer service. I made a total of three visits to his office, one scheduled and two unannounced and all three times, he was courteous and very respectful. He was extremely patient with me and made me feel welcomed. He answered all my questions and did it with a smile. One of the best experiences during my search for my new home. He represents your company well.
