She answered all my questions as I was going through the moving process. I love 💗 the apartments and I made the best decisions by moving here.
- AFayodeji festusJul 1, 20261.0I moved into this apartment January 3rd 2026 and everything was going on smoothly with my rent and utilities bills not until march when my water bills and sewage went up from less than $40 I paid in January and February cos I live alone and I barely live in the house and the water bills and sewage bills went up to more than $400 that’s insane in a house I barely live 5hrs a day I can’t wait to move out am really done with this madness why should I be paying over $400 dollars for water and sewage bills in a 1bed room apartment. I live alone for God sake bro 😡

Every request I’ve submitted has been handled quickly, and the work is always done right the first time. They’re respectful of my space, communicate clearly, and genuinely care about keeping the community well-maintained. It really makes a difference living somewhere with such a reliable and hardworking maintenance team
