We’ve been working with them for about a year as we searched for homes in different communities and we never experienced pressure or the feeling that our business was not wanted due to continuing our search. Ultimately, Glenn Fookes was the person we worked with to sign off on our new Strauss Attic home and he made the entire process extremely easy. I can’t recommend this team enough. We’re very excited to see our home and move in this summer!
- NTNOTASHIA THOMASMar 12, 20262.0I purchased a new construction home from this builder about 18 months ago and have had ongoing concerns about the quality of the concrete driveway since closing. Following a recent snow event, sections of the driveway and the curb have begun crumbling and spalling. The surface is flaking and deteriorating, which is extremely concerning for concrete that is less than two years old. This type of premature deterioration raises serious questions about the quality of the materials, installation, or curing process during construction. I have submitted a warranty request and am hoping the builder will properly address the issue. For anyone considering this builder, I would recommend paying very close attention to the exterior concrete work and documenting any issues early.

This will be my 3rd new construction purchase, and after multiple negative experiences with the company, I was ambivalent at best to consider Ryan as a builder. But Thomas has been the absolute best. He has patiently answered my questions, offered options and recommendations, and overall treated me with respect without prejudgement. I hope my experience continues to go well, as he has set the bar pretty high!
