  Best apartments I've lived at so far! Clean community, staff is actually helpful, and there's property events. There was an ice cream event for residential appreciation a couple weeks ago that was enjoyable. 5/5

  The cleaning staff in earnest attempted to keep buildings clean but not all tenants had that same level of cleanliness. More cleaning staff is needed . The small staff was being overworked. The maintenance staff, particularly Q, was always eager and willing to help everyone. Certainly a highlight of living in the community. The leasing staff was actively planning events to keep tenants engaged however, the constant car break ins and car thefts kept folks feeling disengaged and fearful. You never heard about any arrests being made, furthering sowing mistrust.

  Community Shoutout! We want to give a huge THANK YOU to our amazing Maintenance Team for always being on the job! Before, during, and after the storm, you worked tirelessly to make sure we as residents were safe. From clearing sidewalks and pathways to treating snow and ice, your dedication never goes unnoticed. Rain, snow, or shine you show up and get it done. A special shoutout as well to our Office Staff for keeping everyone informed and up to date on weather conditions and any business changes. Your communication, care, and consistency truly make a difference and help keep our community prepared and at ease. Why not live in a community like this?
