  We’ve had the pleasure of partnering with Fairmont at South Lake for multiple resident appreciation events, including their Wings & Whiskey Night and an exciting Carnival-themed Pool Party. Brittany and the entire team are always a joy to work with. Their communication is excellent, they’re incredibly responsive throughout the planning process, and they truly care about creating memorable experiences for their residents. From the thoughtful event planning to the welcoming atmosphere, it’s easy to see why residents enjoy calling this community home. Every event has been filled with great energy, and the residents are always excited to participate and have a great time together. The community itself is beautiful, with incredible outdoor spaces and a fantastic clubhouse that’s perfect for hosting resident events. We also appreciate the maintenance team, who are always friendly, helpful, and ready to assist with setup and logistics whenever needed. It’s always a pleasure partnering with a team that genuinely values resident engagement and goes the extra mile to create a strong sense of community. We look forward to many more events together.   Best apartments I've lived at so far! Clean community, staff is actually helpful, and there's property events. There was an ice cream event for residential appreciation a couple weeks ago that was enjoyable. 5/5

  The cleaning staff in earnest attempted to keep buildings clean but not all tenants had that same level of cleanliness. More cleaning staff is needed . The small staff was being overworked. The maintenance staff, particularly Q, was always eager and willing to help everyone. Certainly a highlight of living in the community. The leasing staff was actively planning events to keep tenants engaged however, the constant car break ins and car thefts kept folks feeling disengaged and fearful. You never heard about any arrests being made, furthering sowing mistrust.
