I usually never leave reviews, but I genuinely felt the need to write this because I honestly think it could help someone make a more informed decision before moving into this building.
As a current resident, I am beyond disappointed with the management experience at Solaire 7077. What should have been a comfortable and secure luxury living experience has instead turned into one of the most frustrating and unsettling experiences I’ve had renting an apartment.
The biggest issue for me has been the complete disregard for resident privacy and security. At this property, it genuinely feels like staff can gain access to your apartment for non-emergency reasons without proper notice, communication, or accountability and simply come and go as they please. As a resident, that is an incredibly disturbing feeling. Your apartment is supposed to be your private space where you feel safe and respected, not somewhere you have to question who may have entered while you were away. Instead of feeling secure in my own home, I’ve been left feeling uncomfortable, violated, and anxious.
What makes everything even worse is the lack of responsiveness and professionalism from management afterward. Trying to get assistance from the leasing office has been incredibly frustrating, and there have been times where there was seemingly no staff available on site at all. For a building that markets itself as luxury living, the lack of accountability and communication is honestly shocking.
While I’m at it, here are other ongoing issues that may seem minor at first but become extremely frustrating over time. Residents are charged around $350 per month for parking, yet the garage constantly has a terrible smell and full of spiders which appears to rarely, if ever, be cleaned. I have personally never seen it cleaned since moving in. On top of that, there does not appear to be proper handicap-accessible access within the garage area, which is another major concern.
Another serious issue is the water quality. The water running through the bathroom frequently appears dirty and has an awful smell at times, which is honestly disgusting and not something anyone should be dealing with in a so-called luxury apartment building. On top of that, the hot water is extremely inconsistent and seems to only last for a limited period of time. You can’t even take a long hot shower or bath without the water suddenly turning cold on you after a while, which becomes incredibly frustrating over time.
At this point, I genuinely cannot wait to move out. Looking back, I really wish I had paid closer attention to former resident reviews before signing my lease. The building itself may look nice on the surface, but none of that matters when residents do not feel secure, respected, heard, or comfortable in their own home.
