  The place looks great from the outside. The work looks so nice but inside everything is a piece of garbage. I've owned the Townhome for three years. I've already have to replace one of the air conditioners, which just went out of warranty($2400) had a leak in our kitchen, where we had to take the ceiling down, the refrigerator already broke, and the fan on the second air conditioner already went. We don't even live in the house full-time. We go to the house four weeks a year. Absolute trash, garbage builder. Save your money and go somewhere else. This company has ZERO quality control on their product. Very unhappy with our purchase !

  We purchased our third Ryan home and our second home with Jay Carlson, Jay went above and beyond even took our phone calls on his day off, helped us find a lender because NVR mortgage was not able to do the type of loan we needed, I can't say enough great things about Jay. If you are thinking of purchasing a new home at Bayside, please see Jay! The community and the amenities are amazing at Bayside, can't wait to make it our permanent residence.

  Very easy process buying and getting our home built. Builder is very responsive to any issues we have had after move in. Great group of people to deal with, highly recommend.
