  Don’t consider this property. They take $225 to apply, and then they don’t respond to messages or answer the phone. Now I want my deposit back and no one will return my call. They have many other reviews complaining about this. I guess I just wasted $225 to consider this property NOT GOOD !

  We’ve had this new leasing company since June. They almost never answer the phones. We’re always having to walk to the office to get a hold of them. When we have gotten ahold of them, they’ve told us multiple times they are going to make a call and “call {us} right back” and then they never do. Currently, I have a ticket that has been open since early June. We were told the part that needed to come in to fix it came in about a month ago and it still hadn’t been fixed. Don’t live here unless you want to deal with a leasing office staff that never does what they say they are going to do,

  I always loved the neighborhood and this community, yet once EagleRock took over (purchased)in May 2026, the quality has went down. I was without a dryer for 2 months. They had 1 maintenance person for over 300+ units, valet trash removal stopped for over 2 months. They don’t reply to emails( this included the regional manager). They do answer the phones sometimes. Im still awaiting a credit on my account, no follow up I just have to keep calling and stopping by the office like I have nothing better to do with my time. And me like most current residents won’t be renewing our lease here. Ask yourself…why are they giving 2 free months rent?? Okay. Sad because I love the area and like my apartment. I put a ticket in for repair over 2 weeks ago. It may get fixed in the next 4 weeks. Honestly NEVER had this experience in my years of renting an apartment. 😩

  Hi! Just wanted to tell you how hard Tracy at this location works! I first inquired about the apartment a little over a month ago- overall it wasn’t the right fit for me but the customer service from Tracy makes me wish it was! Her energy is contagious and she not only took me around in 90 degree weather to show me one apartment; but five in total! She answered all my questions and I enjoyed my visit! Thank you again Tracy :)
