  Hi! Just wanted to tell you how hard Tracy at this location works! I first inquired about the apartment a little over a month ago- overall it wasn’t the right fit for me but the customer service from Tracy makes me wish it was! Her energy is contagious and she not only took me around in 90 degree weather to show me one apartment; but five in total! She answered all my questions and I enjoyed my visit! Thank you again Tracy :)

  This has been the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. I have lived with wasps in my apartment for the last 4 months and not a single person is doing anything to resolve the problem. Finding them almost DAILY. This is a huge safety concern considering I am highly allergic to wasps. I contacted the leasing office many times with either no response or “we will send someone out”. This last week I sent another email and they replied saying that the infestation is “honey bees” and they have to remove them in a specialized way. No idea where they got that idea from considering I’ve been stating that there are wasps in my apartment for 4 months. They had a pest control man come to my unit for ~3 minutes and he determined it was “honey bees” yet he didn’t see a single one. Renew Belcamp was terrible but the new owners, Eagle Rock, aren’t any better. Stay far away.

  Elle was very informed, patient, and supportive regarding some confusion I had. Eric is very helpful as well, and CJ in maintenance is excellent. Management could be more responsive to emails, however. Corporate has repeatedly ignored emails and phone messages, which demonstrates a lack of concern for their tenants. Things are improving but it has been a long and arduous journey. Will consider adding stars depending on how things go over the next month or so...
