  The apartment complex is in a great location and has lots of room. I enjoyed the convince of being next to chick fi la, target and food lion. The down fall is the staff, their maintenance crew (aka back up, if ykyk), mold, ants (literally crawling from the woodwork and window seals), and the random infestation of black beetles (also crawling from the woodwork). We were even taken to court where the case was thrown out by the judge after we complained about the crazy mold. We were then charged for the court filling. Yet, twice or more a month the Healthy Homes company was dispatched with moisture sucking machines throughout the building I was in. I know because I worked from home half the week. That’s all they do is set one of those up for 2-3 weeks and say mission accomplished. The mold ruined cloths in the bedroom closet (cloth and leather shoes, belts, hats), covered my leather sofa, wicker file baskests and side tables. Anything the vent air touched and I had no idea the full extent until moving out. As someone who has a compromised immune system, I suffered from pneumonia and bronchitis back to back the entire time I was there and my doctors couldn’t understand why, but now I know. I’ve been out the apartment three weeks and have completely healed! Which led me to even write this review because I’m astounded how fast I got better! I missed out on two years of life thinking I was doing something wrong but it was the continuous mold being spit out the vents. The entire complex may not be this way but steer clear of 204 and any 1st floor units. Good luck to those still living in it and people on the hunt for a decent place to live.

  Management will harass you even when you have paid your rent on time ! They will not update their records and will call and ask , when are you paying your rent . Leasing agent Anna is not polite and will call your phone as if she is a debt collector ! ( and there is no debt owned by the way!) When you have no complaints , pay your rent on time , why should a rental agent call your phone on a regular basis ! Renting from this property is under military restraints !

  The grounds were maintained, the apartments were a decent size. Shay, was very nice and pleasant when we met with here to view the apartment. The only issue was that it seemed as though the balconies were not real sturdy, cause at the base the cement was cracking

  I would not recommend renting at Windsor house Apartments, especially for families with young children. My experience has been disappointing because the community does not feel family-oriented. If you have little kids, be aware that normal children's activities and noise may lead to repeated complaints from neighbors. Instead of working with families to find reasonable solutions, management seems quick to escalate issues, which can create a stressful living environment and tell you to vacate the house Families deserve to feel welcomed and supported, not constantly worried that their children are being judged for acting like children. If you're looking for an apartment community that truly embraces family living and understands the realities of raising young kids, you may want to consider other options before signing a lease here. I encourage future renters, especially parents, to ask detailed questions about noise policies and how management handles complaints involving children before making a decision. All they do is complain about everything
