  I had a scheduled tour appointment about two weeks. I had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Mona Bates. I arrived a little early she gave a tour right away. She was professional, polite and informative. Thanks again Mona for taking the time for giving me a tour. Wade

  I have been a tenant for seven years and never have I ever seen the building not be cleaned for so long! The outside stays clean lawns manicure weekly, but the inside common areas are atrocious! Clear oil stains on the carpet, it hasn’t been vacuumed in weeks. Nasty handprints on the glass that have been there for weeks. I am so embarrassed when people come into the building because it’s a reflection of the tenants things that we will and will not accept. Management really needs to do better! Dee in the office is great to work with and is an asset to the company! She listens to concerns and advises on how to address them pretty quickly. She is also very knowledgeable with any question I may have, she is an asset. There has been a lot of turnover for the property manager, they can’t seem to get a good one, the current one should be replaced.

  I Was Suppose to move in Gave them a $500 Dollar Security Deposit, and Found Out Section 8 Didn't Approve it, Sent $ Back to me Check Bounced, made My Bank Account Overdraft an they lied an said they Sent another Check to my Temporary address 4 Days ago Still haven't Received it I Thank God I Didn't move there if i,am Experiencing this Kinda Problem Imagine if I Moved in, anyway I hope the Check Comes today.They Claim they Sent Another Check Still Haven't Received it as Of 7/30/26 They Don't Never Have to Worry about Me I Gave them My Temporary Address So What's the Excuse Now as of 8/6/2026 Still Waiting for the Office to Call an Tell Me to Come Pick Up My $500 Dollars I Will Never Give up No $$ unless I have keys in Hand, that's What I Get for Not Reading the Small Print I Hope they Call Me Today She Spoke With Me last Week And Said Checks Come On Thurday, today Friday Aug, 7, 2026 let See What lie is Next.
