  As a first-time home buyer, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience with ONE Westport! Nathan has been incredibly helpful, professional, and patient throughout the entire process. He has taken the time to answer all of our questions ( A lot of questions), explain each step, and made what was an overwhelming experience feel much easier and more enjoyable. We truly appreciate Nathan’s support and guidance as we take this exciting step toward our new home. We highly recommend Nathan and the ONE Westport team!

  If you get the chance to work with Andrew K "AJ," know that you are in the best hands possible. From day one, AJ went above and beyond to make our entire experience seamless, comfortable, and completely stress-free. He is remarkably patient, highly attentive, and extremely well-organized. But what truly sets AJ apart is how authentic and personable he is. Every conversation felt genuine, he took the time to listen to what was going on in our lives, shared a bit of his own, and created an environment where we felt completely comfortable asking any question, big or small. AJ’s communication is literally top tier. He was always quick to respond, and we especially appreciated that he took the time to pick up the phone and call us directly, even for quick updates that could have just been sent via email. That extra personal touch meant a lot to us. AJ is the exact kind of person you want greeting you at the front door and representing you. He’s a total asset to have on any team, a truly great person, and we are very appreciative. There is a wonderful team down at the One Westport community!

  Huge shoutout to Nate (Nathan) and the entire team at One Westport! I had been looking to purchase a home for about six months when I came across One Westport by Ryan Homes. I signed up for the newsletter, but after seeing the prices online, I honestly wasn’t sure it would fit my budget. One afternoon, Nate gave me a call. I explained that I had been searching for a home but thought One Westport might be out of my price range. Instead of writing it off, he encouraged me to come by that weekend so we could sit down and go over everything together. He adjusted his schedule to work with mine, and I’m so glad he did. The model home was absolutely beautiful, honestly, it’s even better in person than it looks in the photos online. After the tour, Nate walked me through the pricing, estimated monthly costs, available loan options, and what to expect throughout the process. He answered every question I had without making me feel pressured, and by the end of our conversation, I was sold. I’m really glad he made that phone call. A few days later, I was introduced to the NVR Mortgage team. Chloe and Adam have both been fantastic. They’ve guided me through every step of the loan process, making sure I understand everything along the way. Buying a home can feel overwhelming, but they’ve made the experience simple and stress-free. Nate also introduced me to Ben, the Project Manager, and he’s been equally amazing. While the mortgage process has been moving in the background, Ben has kept me updated on the progress of my home with regular communication, photos, and construction updates. He’s been transparent, responsive, and has always taken the time to answer my questions. I recently completed my pre-drywall walkthrough with him, and it’s been exciting to see everything coming together. Before I visited the model home, I spent a lot of time reading the Google reviews. If you’re reading this because you’re considering One Westport, do yourself a favor and schedule a visit. Ask for Nate! The entire process has been incredibly smooth, and every person I’ve worked with has genuinely cared about making this a great experience. I couldn’t be happier with my decision and would highly recommend this team to anyone looking to build a home.
