- CICyber Defense Elite Enforcement, IncSep 20, 20231.0I have been calling all day and trying to set up a tour of the property, absolutely no one will answer the phone. Tried to even act like I was a resident and choose maintenance and it went to a voicemail that isn’t even set up yet. So if you live there you can’t even get maintenance. It’s a MASSIVE NO!!!
- SSSalJul 21, 20231.0Poorly managed. Took over 4 months (past the 45 days required by law) for this property management company to return the deposit and even then it was improperly calculated. Can’t expect much from these people - quite possibly the worst landlord/renter experience I have ever had. They left various repairs undone throughout our entire lease term. The neighbors let their dogs run around without a leash and can’t be bothered to pick up after them. Stay far away from refinery row and Avenue 5 realty. Once they lock you in there will be no way of getting in touch with anyone who can help you with your lease or issues with your house. The people who work for this company are among the least intelligent I have ever dealt with. Bums
