  I’m hoping that there some people who have had a similar experience like me. 7/25/2026 is when I moved in and first night here was very uncomfortable because there were a bunch of roaches crawling all around the carpet and in the kitchen. They also crawled in the AC wall units, and flew out when turned on! I can’t recall if the leasing office called pest control and had a cleaning crew there, but kitchen cabinets, the stove and under the sink was full of roach feces. I want to give management a chance in dealing with this but I’m hoping they do it very soon! UPDATE August 5 2026: So, management did have pest control come out to treat the roaches. I am still feeling bitter that this was not treated before moving in.

  I would not recommend living here. The maintenance service is very poor, and the response time is extremely slow. I also felt that I was treated unfairly, and my concerns were not taken seriously. Whenever I submitted maintenance requests or complaints, they were often ignored. The condition of the apartments is very poor and does not match what you would expect. Overall, my experience has been disappointing, and I would not recommend this apartment community to others.

  I’ve had a great experience at Mt. Ridge Apartments! The community is quiet, well-kept, and the office staff has always been friendly and helpful. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed assistance, they’ve been quick to respond. I especially want to recognize Serina. She was amazing throughout the entire process—very kind, professional, and easy to talk to. She made everything feel simple and never made me feel rushed or like I was just another applicant. It’s clear she genuinely cares about helping people. If you’re looking for an apartment and want a team that treats you with respect and makes you feel welcome, I definitely recommend Mt. Ridge Apartments. Be sure to ask for Serina!

  Scheduled a tour with this apartment leasing agency, came in early to get a feel of the area before my appointment. The staff was not just rude and disrespectful but threw me out of his office using curse words not fit for a prospective customer. I had to cancel my appointment because it does not make logical sense to have to deal with staff with such attitude for the next 12 months. Good luck woth anyone who wishes to pursue a contract relationship with an agency that can afford to have staff who do not have the common courtesyof dealing with the public in a decent respectful manner.
