  My resident experience is good but could be great if I didnt have to deal with rude, unprofessional work staff when things get frustrating and also if their time management along with maintenance time management were better when you need something fixed or done in your unit. Also someone needs to stay on top of the laundry room which is never clean as well as inside the washers and dryers, hallways etc. Also if maintenance stop walking in your unit when they feel like it and the leasing office should put a note in your door and not the mailbox, so residents can be accurately informed before things happen. I would rate between 3-4 stars, hard to choose.

  Safety is ⁉️❓❓,one way in,one way out.that is cause for concern for all residents.
