Lived here for two years and we loved it! We were on the 5th floor, so no neighbors above us, but we never had any noise issues with next door neighbors. Such a nice location next to the water, loved having a pool and an amazing apartment gym!
Great complex and amazing location on the harbor. Management is generally responsive, but some decisions feel counterproductive. For example, all trash cans were recently removed from the lobby and garage because some residents were allegedly disposing of items improperly. While I understand wanting to address misuse, removing all trash cans from shared spaces feels excessive and inconvenient for residents and guests. A better solution would be clearer signage or designated bins rather than eliminating them entirely.
The Elms at Fells Point is a great property. I’ve lived here for a couple of years. The building is consistently clean, with responsive maintenance staff, highly courteous concierge services, and accessible amenity areas (including one of the best gyms that I have come across in this area). The apartments are spacious, and the walls are thick (I rarely hear any of my neighbors). Moreover, the professionalism, tenant engagement, and customer service of the property staff are top-notch! Seriously. I have had great experiences with all of the staff here during my time at the Elms. Wynter, Adrienne, Lakendra, Tony, Frank, Dave (to name a few), and others regularly go the extra mile to respond to requests while maintaining an engaging environment! Overall, this has been a great place to live!

The whole office is a scam by law they have to give you your application fee back they can only keep $25 or less they will try to keep it but regardless the law states a landlord can only charge 25$ for the application fee the average application fee these big companies pay is 13.50$ Marylands NSF is $35 not $50 the courthouse told me and my sister that when we went to file a housing complaint against them for refusing to return the money they’re scamming people and by law they have to return the money so i filed a housing complaint
