  I’m currently a resident at Brookview and have been for going on 3 years. Overall, I have absolutely loved living here with the exception of most recently. New neighbors moved in above me back in April while I was away on vacation and it has been so uncomfortable living under them since then (it’s September 27, 2026). They are constantly stomping, slamming dressers or cabinets, dropping things, and are just generally very loud & inconsiderate. So the thin walls mentioned in other reviews are not to my benefit in this situation. I have asked these neighbors to be considerate, have gone to the leasing office multiple times with videos both in person, via phone, and email but the issue still persists. I feel like my issues are being overlooked and I continue to get a “we’ll talk to them or send a letter” but it’s not stopping! I am BEYOND FRUSTRATED! A resident should not be woken up multiple times weekly due to the noise by the people above them getting ready for work. I’m talking 5 - 6 a.m. most days and some evenings. I also have a child on the spectrum and they disrupt him as well. It’s not ok! I can’t even sleep in. So with that, I’m not sure I will renew this upcoming year when my current lease ends. Other than that, the maintenance team is great and it’s been overall great living here! It’s safe, in a good central location, plenty of free parking, and prior to this experience, was very quiet and enjoyable!

  I actually like living in the community, but there is still several things that can be better in my opinion.

  Great maintenance staff and office staff really cares about the community and the tenants.

  From my experience this community has been such a pleasure. The new property manager is making so many great updates the property has needed and Tyrell in the office and maintenance are so helpful anytime any day any issue. Pricing for the area and quality of apartment is great especially in this economy. Could not recommend enough.

  When selected Mt Washington apts on the app, Brookview came up. It seemed very deceptive. The leasing agent acted as though she did not know what was going on even AFTER I explained it to her 3 times. I want Mt Washington Apts NOT Brookview. I dont want ANYTHING that has to do with Continental Realty!!!!The ONLY LOOK OUT FOR THE JEWISH TENANTS.
