  Rating keeps going down the longer I live here. Towed even though I pay almost $200 for a parking spot without even as much as a phone call because the staff at the desk is incompetent.

  At first...”WOW, what a luxurious place!” 🤩 The apartments are sleek and some amenities are great, such as the gym. People are friendly, close to shopping, food and nightlife!! It has only been 1 month and now, “WOMP..WOMP..come on, man!! You can do better!”😒 I would give this place to date 2.5 stars ⭐️ 1. Move-in was frustrating (lease was incorrect, waited an hour before getting keys, parking spot, etc) 2. Select a top floor....we have T-Rex 🦖 doing laps while on a stimulant 💊 living upstairs who has also never heard of furniture felt pads or rugs. Praying 🙏 they’re moving out soon OOOOOOR we’ll just have to. 3. If you like scavenger hunts.... 🔎〰️❌ put a storage unit on your lease. PLOT TWIST! They won’t give you clues or a map to find it, one is packed with Banner Hill construction material, while the other one is blocked due to a water issue. HURRY! I think there is only 1 left! 4. Do not ever email to get answers. It’ll take so long to hear back (or never) to where your gmail account will ask if YOU want to ‘follow up’ about the questions you had. I’m so bummed out by this experience. I fell in love with this place when I looked at it the first time. I’m aware that some places need time to adjust and things happen, but this is a company making 💰 💰 💰 off the tenants rent. Please take this feedback as corrective criticism with some comic relief. I’m hoping 🤞 they will make a few changes so a new tenant does not have the same experiences. Not a sermon....just a thought. 💭
