  There's nobody I would trust more when it comes to mortgage lending than Trey Quinn. His vision, understanding and clear communication are all first class. At every point in the process for the now 3 loans we have done together I have felt that he will find the best outcome for my family and I. Couldn't recommend working with Trey more!

  Ms. Lindsay at Channel Marker Mortgage is an exemplary loan officer that demonstrated a diligent work ethic and commitment that supported my Husband and I in finally acquiring a VA Loan. She efficiently and skillfully coordinated a well organized processing time line for us to fulfill, and complete our borrower information and and financial documents that resulted in us going to an early closing with an affordable interest rate and monthly payment. Ms. Lindsay was transparent and very informative in satisfying our inquiries and concerns.My husband and I greatly benefited from Ms Lindsay spending her own valuable time making sure we understood each step of the process.   I worked with Clifford (Trey) Quinn for a home refinance and he was amazing and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. He always made himself available to any questions I had and he explained things so I would easily understand. Everything went as smooth as can be and I attribute that to Trey being the best. I previously worked with Trey for my first mortgage and the same things can be said throughout that process. Between then and the refinance, Trey would check in periodically as well as providing notice of when rates went down and when it was a good time to look into refinancing. As someone who doesn't really keep up with the housing market and rates, I'm glad I have Trey on my side to help.

  There are certain people who come into your life during big moments and leave a lasting impression, and Scott was absolutely that person for us during our home buying experience. My fiancé and I were looking to purchase our first home and had been very nervous about such a big life decision, so we’d been making progress very slowly. Scott was recommended to us by the realtor of a home we were interested in purchasing. From day one, Scott made us feel like we mattered. He never made us feel like just another file or transaction. He stayed in constant communication with us, checked in often, answered every question with patience (I had MANY questions 😊), and made sure we understood each step along the way. During a process that could've felt overwhelming, stressful, and emotional, he brought a sense of calm and confidence that we truly needed. Scott worked incredibly hard to help make our dream of homeownership possible. He continuously promised us that he "had our back," and surprised us by securing funding assistance for our closing costs which was a huge blessing and relief. Because of his dedication, what once felt out of reach became something real. What has meant the most to us is that his care and support did not stop at closing. After everything was finalized, Scott continued to look out for us. He has helped us stay mindful of our credit, checked in to make sure we are on top of important next steps, began to guide us through things like our homestead exemption, and followed up with us about the options we have to lower our interest rate in the future. That kind of support is rare, and it shows that he truly cares about the people he helps long after the paperwork is signed. Buying a home has been one of the biggest milestones in our lives, and we feel so lucky that Scott was the person guiding us through it. We will always be grateful for the kindness, honesty, dedication, and genuine care he showed the two of us. If you have the chance to work with Scott, know that you are in the best hands possible. I have recommended him to my family, and will continue to recommend him to anyone in the market for a home or a mortgage!
