  The old lady who answers the phone when you call this place is very rude. After reading these reviews I will definitely pass on this dump.

  George has been very helpful and easy to reach throughout the leasing process. It is clear he has my best interest in mind, and has helped me lock in my lease at a great rate! Looking forward to moving in soon!

  If there were 10 stars i would be giving it to George Saad! This man has the patience of a saint! He took his time answering all of our questions and concerns. We originally had 3 appointments set up for today to tour other apartments but after spontaneously driving by and stopping in he made us feel very comfortable and right away we knew this was going to be the right fit for us. You can really tell he cares and loves his job. We cannot thank you enough George for turning a stressful situation into a pleasant and positive experience.

  I visited Bayshore to have a look at the apartments and Crystal was nothing short of amazing. Very patient and kind lady,took time off her meetings to show us around even though our booking didn't show . Loved the house too but it didn't suit our budget at the moment. I believe the management is a replication of their homes,hence the 5stars
