  This is an excellent Apartments Complex...loaded with the latest amenities, location is the great-waterview, deers, beautiful landscapes. The staff-Hana and Odessa are outstanding!

  Annapolis Roads has truly surprised me this year with all the improvements they’ve made. They’ve done many renovations, repainted areas, updated building floors, and improved the parking lot which used to be a concern since the lines were hard to see. Now everything looks much better and more organized. I’ve been living here for two years. My husband and I recently had a baby, and we moved to a larger apartment within the same community. The process felt like starting from scratch and was a bit stressful, but overall, our experience has been wonderful. The maintenance team is incredible very responsible and always quick to resolve any issues. In both buildings I’ve lived in, there has been zero noise problems. Neighbors are quiet and friendly, which makes a big difference. This is a great community where I feel safe with my baby. The neighborhood is beautiful, and the gym has everything you need and is always in excellent condition. If I could suggest one improvement, it would be adding cameras in the lobby of each building. Sometimes packages go missing, and this would help avoid confusion and improve security. Other than that, everything is a 200/10! Thank you for maintaining such a beautiful and organized community.

  I would like to recognize William for the outstanding service he provided. He repaired a clogged pipe and replaced the exhaust fan in one of my bathrooms, and he did an excellent job. William was professional, punctual, respectful, and incredibly friendly throughout the entire visit. He took the time to make sure everything was working properly and left the area clean when he finished. His positive attitude and attention to detail were truly appreciated. Thank you, William, for your hard work and excellent customer service. It’s employees like you who make a real difference!

  Today, I visited Annapolis Roads to get information for a close friend and her daughter who live in Colorado. I met Hana Singleton who greeted me quickly and very pleasantly. She took me to see a unit and provided really good information for me to relay to my friend. Hana was proactive and reached out to my friend as well. I appreciate Hana’s friendly professionalism.
