  I’ve really enjoyed my experience living at the Residences at Annapolis Junction. The property is modern, clean, and in a very convenient location, especially if you work around Fort Meade or the surrounding areas. Having easy access to major roads, shopping, and restaurants is also a big plus. The apartments themselves are spacious and have a modern feel, and the community overall has been comfortable and relatively quiet. One of the things I really appreciate is the community events the staff regularly host. They do a great job of creating opportunities for residents to get out, meet their neighbors, and actually feel like part of a community rather than just living in an apartment complex. It’s a small detail that makes a noticeable difference. I also appreciate the amenities and the effort that goes into keeping the property looking good. Overall my experience here has been very positive. If you’re looking for a newer apartment in the Annapolis Junction/Fort Meade area with a convenient location, good amenities, and a staff that puts effort into building a sense of community, I definitely think the Residences at Annapolis Junction is worth considering.

  I visited Annapolis Junction three times before making my decision to move here, and each visit made me feel more confident that this was the right community for me. Jasimon, Tameka, and Chris made every tour feel welcoming and comfortable, almost as if I already lived here. They were friendly, professional, and took the time to answer my questions and made me feel at home. After my application was approved, Jasimon, the Assistant Property Manager, personally called to congratulate me and welcome me to the community. Since moving in, I have been very pleased with my experience. The building is clean, well maintained, and the property is taken care of. The staff also host several community events that give residents an opportunity to meet and get to know their neighbors, which adds to the sense of community. So far, I have no complaints about Annapolis Junction, and I am very happy with my decision to move here. I would highly recommend Annapolis Junction to anyone looking for a clean, welcoming, and well-maintained community with a friendly and attentive staff.

  Jasimon was amazing! I just moved to a larger apartment and the whole process couldn't have been more seamless. She found me a place that suited ALL of my needs including: price, size, and availability. Even after all of that, she answered my million questions and made sure that every i was dotted and t crossed. I have NEVER been more taken care of in an apartment community. I would recommend this place to anyone. There will NEVER be a better apartment community manager and a better apartment staff.

  Everything in this complex is amazing. I toured with Tameka. She was engaging, kind and very informative. I believe the manager was there when I originally walked in, she seemed kind and welcoming as well. Michelle

  We have had an incredible experience living here over the past couple of years. The building is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers everything you could want from a luxury community, but what truly makes this place special is the sense of community and care you feel from the staff. A special thank you to Jasimon, who has been such an important part of making this place feel like home. She is incredibly sweet, personable, and genuinely cares about the residents. She knows people by name, remembers the little things, and always makes you feel seen and valued. There is something so special about being greeted by someone who makes you feel like you belong. Jasimon is also incredibly attentive and protective of the community. You can tell that she takes pride in what she does and truly wants the residents to have the best experience possible. She consistently goes the extra mile, and her presence brings such a warm and welcoming energy to the building. After living here for several years, we can honestly say that our experience has been exceptional. It’s the little things, the people, and the sense of community that make a place feel like home—and Jasimon embodies all of that. We’re incredibly grateful for our time here and would absolutely recommend this community to anyone looking for a beautiful place to live where you’re genuinely cared for.
