  I have lived at this residence for the past two years. While the building itself is well-maintained and attractive, my experience with the management team has been disappointing. My primary concern has been the customer service provided by the staff, particularly the property manager. Throughout my residency, I have found their interactions to be consistently unprofessional, discourteous, and lacking the level of respect that residents deserve. I would like to recognize Chris, who was the one staff member who consistently demonstrated kindness, professionalism, and a genuine willingness to help. His positive attitude stood out and was greatly appreciated. Looking back, I wish I had seen an honest review like this before moving in, as it would have influenced my decision. Additionally, I experienced harassment from management based on false allegations, which I found to be both distressing and unacceptable. I hope management takes resident feedback seriously and makes meaningful improvements to its customer service, communication, and professionalism. A beautiful property should be matched by a management team that treats its residents with respect.

  We love living at The Residences in Annapolis Junction. Everything from staff, their engagement with residents, the amenities and the events are awesome. We can’t participate in most events due to work schedules but knowing they are there means a lot. The community is safe and clean. We hope other JAG properties are managed the same bc when we have to relo for work, it would be great to switch to another JAG property.
