Horrible experience — DO NOT RENT HERE!
This property is poorly managed and feels like a complete rip-off. Maintenance work orders are routinely marked “complete” in the system even though the issues are never actually fixed. The leasing manager is almost never available to assist current residents with concerns, yet somehow appears whenever there’s a tour for potential new tenants.
We experienced a serious issue with the heating wall unit that malfunctioned through no fault of our own. As a result, our electric bills skyrocketed. Instead of properly resolving the issue, maintenance only replaced the wall thermostat multiple times before eventually tearing open the wall to access what they called a “malfunctioning motherboard.” Despite the inconvenience and excessive utility costs, no compensation or meaningful resolution was ever provided — only ignored calls and poor communication. This property owes us nearly $2,000 in damages related to this issue.
Even after intentionally turning the heating unit off, the temperature would still rise on its own.
The bathroom conditions are just as unacceptable. After only a month of normal daily showers, the shower walls began peeling because the property literally paints the shower walls and tubs. We submitted multiple maintenance requests, and management claimed a third-party vendor would need several hours to repaint due to chemical exposure concerns. The repair was never completed, and the peeling continues while work orders are repeatedly closed prematurely without resolution.
The landscaping is barely maintained, and the roads throughout the property are uneven, damaged, and in some areas not properly paved.
This has been the worst place my husband and I have ever lived. Extremely disappointing management, poor maintenance practices, and unacceptable living conditions.
Since bad reviews are the only way we ever get our maintenance handled. We have been waiting for a month for a new dishwasher they said would be there within a week. The staff here is non existent. They are never in office when we tried to go talk to them about it. Every time you call them it gets redirected to a call center. This is the absolute worst management I have ever had to deal with in my life. Take your hard earned money elsewhere. There is trash all over the property, broken glass, condoms that never gets cleaned up. There is maybe one maintenance person from another complex they own. This place needs to be under new ownership asap.
Edit another 4 days later and they still haven't done a thing about it.
They need to sell to a company that can actually handle this volume of residents. They are absolutely pathetic.

Had a great tour with Kayla! She was great and very informative! I applied for an apartment after touring with her.

Updating as this apartment complex was bought out prior to my previous review!
We have a couple maintinence tickets still open, but talked to the main office that stated they had technical issues on the portal for maintinence tickets- making it so the main page didn't populate. Only when looking up the ticket does it populate, which they have been working on fixing.
We had maintinence come out to look at our washing machine which needs a new part, which is now ordered. They also came up during an emergency situation with our toilet which helped evade a huge potential leak. They happened to be finishing up another ticket, but helped right away!
Everyone has been very kind and helpful so far!

Already sent to the trinity PM email - posting here for visibility.
For inspections, maybe tell the people to wait more than 10 to 15 seconds after a knock to just barge in.
I'll have to review my lease but I'm pretty sure that is an invasion of privacy. Maryland law looks to have pretty clear cut verbiage around landlord entry as well.
I'm NOT saying landlords do not have a right to entry, but at least wait for me to get to the door.
I couldn't even get my pants on in time and the person was already in my living room - absolutely ridiculous.
The inspection itself was quick but at least wait like 2 minutes before entering.
What if I was a naked old grandma or someone who couldn't get to the door in time? Think of all the possibilities here.
I really want you to sit back for 30 seconds to think of a few scenarios of how a knock to entry in less than 2 minutes could end badly.
