Buying a home can be overwhelming, but their construction project manager, Dave Saunders, and NVR Home Loan Managers, Dawit and Duncan, made us feel valued and prioritized every step of the way. What truly set them apart was their transparency and we never had to worry about hidden fees, unexpected delays, or surprise costs. Communication was flawless throughout the project. They provided timely updates at every major milestone, so we always knew exactly what was happening on-site. Especially liked their photo updates throughout the construction. We highly recommend them to anyone looking to build their dream home!
