Went on a tour while it was still being built and was very impressed with how well it was coming along! The building has a lot of history and character, and the owners made sure to preserve that history while integrating a newer feel to it. There’s a historic and real boiler, a set of doors and stairways from the city’s industrial factory days that will remain protected and visible for the building’s residents. The units look very cool with their exposed brick and modern finishes and appliances. And the gym downstairs and W/D in each units are a big plus! I’d definitely recommend getting a tour and meeting the team behind the design.

I am literally speechless after seeing this place and reading all the (accurate) criticisms on social media about this place. Not to mention, along with charging the highest rent prices in all of Worcester, THE WHOLE BUILDING SMELLS LIKE ROTTEN TRASH!!! DO NOT LIVE HERE

I was genuinely impressed from the first time I stepped outside The Grove Village Lofts. The building is absolutely beautiful, and you can immediately appreciate the history and character it has. Walking inside only made me love it even more. Every detail feels intentional, from the gorgeous exterior lighting that creates such a warm ambiance (especially at night) to the stunning historic spiral staircase that serves as a true centerpiece. It’s clear that a lot of thought and care went into preserving the building’s history while giving it a fresh, modern feel. I’ve toured both the studio and one-bedroom apartments, and I would honestly be happy living in either one. They’re cozy, stylish, and have the perfect balance of modern finishes and historic charm. One feature I especially appreciated was the in-unit washer and dryer, a convenience that’s surprisingly hard to find. What makes The Grove Village Lofts feel so special is that they didn’t erase the building’s history, they embraced it and thoughtfully incorporated their own vision and culture into the space. It feels unique, welcoming, and full of character. As an added bonus, the building is connected to a wonderful coffee shop with delicious food and drinks, which makes it even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a place that stands out from the typical apartment complex, I highly recommend scheduling a tour. It’s truly one of a kind and offers the perfect mix of city living, comfort, and historic charm.

We toured Grove Village Lofts and really liked it. They're still wrapping up some construction, so not everything was finished yet, but you could already tell it's going to be a really cool place. The building itself has a lot of character, and they did a great job updating the apartments without losing that historic feel. The high ceilings, exposed brick, and modern finishes made each unit feel really unique compared to a lot of the newer apartment buildings we looked at.

This has to be one of the most pristine rental spaces I've ever seen! I was fortunate enough to get a tour of the space and its many amenities while attending one of the many events the Grove Village hosts in the shared courtyard. First, some notable highlights: - Washer and Dryer in unit - High end appliances (all electric) - Ample natural light - High ceilings - Original brick interior (if you know you know 🙂‍↕️🙏🏾) - Gym on the lower floor - Free parking lot The Lofts are walking distance from the Worcester Art Museum, Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI), Fuel America Coffee shop, and Grove Market (you can get groceries and even alcohol here too). There are also a few other highly rated restaurants around (still walking distance) that I have yet to explore. Many of the floors feature absolutely stunning hand painted murals and Persian decor, allowing the residents and guests to share in the culture of the owners in a very serene way; nothing seems to clash and each floor is a little different, which I really find esthetically pleasing. For Massachusetts, this is insanely lavish for such a low price point (believe me, I checked 🫩) The building is one of historical significance, meaning that some aspects of the exterior and lower floor common spaces needed to remain unaltered. However, the owners flawlessly incorporate these details into the design of the space (I didn't even notice the old mill doors until they were pointed out 🤣) PS: I've seen the few other reviews for this new loft living space, and I can assure you that they were all much too hasty (ideally one should wait until construction / renovation is completed before touring an apartment 😅)
