  5 stars all around for the community, the staff to the residents!n My family and I have been here for a year and we love it. Our apartment is on the fifth floor and we have such an amazing view of the sunrise and this rainbow after today’s storm. The staff are amazing (Ryan, Megan, Alberto, Ricardo) they make sure the community is up to expectations. The residents are so welcoming and friendly. Everyone is always greeting each other or making new dog friends! If you’re looking for a home in the South Shore area, this is your go to! 2 minutes from a hospital, 5 minutes from the high way, 1 minute walk to the commuter rail- can’t beat that ☺️

  My fiancé and I have lived here for 4 years and we love everything about the property and location. The staff is always helpful and goes above and beyond if there is an issue. The building is always clean and 95% of the residents we come in contact with are genuine and friendly. We highly recommend moving to the property!

  My wife & I have lived here for 3 years now along with our poodle Sage. Through all of the management changes in the leasing office , I have adored every person that has been there. Everyone is so caring & sweet including maintenance. Everyone in the building is also sweet & have yet encountered any issues that would make me regret living here. I truly could not recommend a better apartment complex than this one & I look forward to living here longer.

  I recently moved into this apartment and have had a great experience so far. The building is clean, well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere is very comfortable. The apartment itself is modern, well laid out, and feels like a great place to live. One thing I really appreciate is how responsive and professional the management and maintenance team have been. Any questions or requests I’ve had have been handled promptly, which makes settling in much easier. The move-in process was smooth and efficient, and picking up the keys was quick and hassle-free. Another big plus is the off-street underground parking, which is convenient and adds a lot of value. The location is also very convenient, with everything you need nearby. Overall, I’m very happy with my decision to move here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a well-managed and comfortable place to live.
