  Ron is a solid real-estate professional who provided 5-star service to us. He met with us early in the process to guide us through the preparation for sale, gave great advice and kept us on-track. He provided references for home-improvement contractors and a home stager who worked very well with us. Ron was very attentive to details and extremely helpful. No surprises, no OMG moments, no drama - just a great selling plan which resulted in multiple offers and a quick home sale. We loved working with Ron and would definitely recommend him!

  We had an excellent experience working with Ron throughout our home-buying process. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and always available to answer our questions and guide us through each step.   Ron did an outstanding job assisting us with the purchase of a condo on Hildreth Hills. We rented from him for a year first. During that time he was responsive, authentic, demonstrated great local market knowledge and provided a network of mortgage company, contractors and movers. He made the transaction, quick and easy.

  Ron was quote helpful from beginning to end. He did a good job explaining the process and how he and his agency could help. He came up with a good pricing strategy. He helped us find staging help and made that part of the process pretty easy. He setup and operated the open houses and managed the offers. Most notably, he negotiated a price that was not just over the asking price but over our expecations. We highly recommend Ron. While we hope to not be buying or selling again for many years, if we were, he'd be our choice anywhere in North Central Massachusetts or Southern New Hampshire.

  When I finally decided to take the step to sell my rental property, my intent was to interview a minimum of three agencies. The first appointment I made was with Ron Gagnon of Keller Williams agency. After speaking with Ron in the first ten minutes, I knew I didn't have to look any further. Ron has a very calm but dedicated approach. He walked me through the process and explained each step that we would take for this sale. I must admit having just made the decision to sell my property, the steps as he explained, went rather swiftly he he told me what I had to do and he took care of the rest. Ron explained to my tenants the process, and made them feel comfortable as we went along. His plan along with his contacts insured minimal intrusion on my tenants but a quick set of offers. Final decisions were made and a sale completed. I want to thank Ron for his time and professionalism during this process.
