  Ellie and Brianna are amazing. They are a friendly management team along with a maintenance team that are quick to respond & resolve matters. I appreciate being here for many years, great school systems, great access to many major routes, dog friendly and much more. Westborough emergencies personnels are quick to respond and awesome as well. Westborough Town has been a blessing to me and my children. Love living at an awesome location here!

  Zero Accountability and Corrupt Management If you value your peace of mind, stay far away from this property. The entire management structure is broken, and living here has been a deeply stressful and horrific ordeal.Elizabeth "Ellie" Fuqua and the rest of the leasing team are a masterclass in unprofessionalism. They treat residents with utter contempt, dodge phone calls, and become aggressively combative the moment you bring up a legitimate issue. They are completely untrustworthy, and their customer service disappears the second they have your signature on a lease.The maintenance team mirrors this complete lack of effort. They routinely ignore urgent service requests, leaving residents stranded with broken appliances, leaks, or safety hazards. When they do eventually drag themselves to your unit, the "repairs" are just cheap, temporary patches that break again immediately. The sheer laziness and hostility from both staff teams make this place completely unlivable.

  Choosing to live here has been an absolute disaster. The leasing office and maintenance department are a complete joke, and they make living here a daily nightmare.The leasing team, especially Elizabeth "Ellie" Fuqua, is incredibly toxic to deal with. She is friendly until you sign the paperwork, but the moment you are a resident, her attitude turns combative, condescending, and dismissive. Emails go ignored, phone calls are dodged, and she takes zero accountability for the constant mistakes made by her office.The maintenance team is just as bad. They have a total lack of urgency, leaving critical repairs hanging for days. When they actually bother to show up, their work is sloppy, lazy, and never actually fixes the root problem. This property is completely mismanaged from top to bottom. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

  Absolute Nightmare – Avoid This Place At All Moving into The Residences at Westborough Station has been a horrific experience from day one. The management and staffing are completely incompetent.The leasing team, specifically Elizabeth "Ellie" Fuqua, is fundamentally dishonest, combative, and entirely unresponsive once you sign the lease. Getting basic communication or answers to simple questions feels impossible. When you do get a response, it is met with extreme attitude and a total lack of professionalism.To make matters worse, the maintenance team is completely useless. Urgent maintenance requests are ignored for days, and when they finally show up, the repairs are done poorly, leaving the apartment falling apart. Save your money, your time, and your sanity. Do not move here under this management.
