  Moved in july 2025 and moved out before the lease could even end (Yes i was still paying rent until end of lease). This place is over priced for the quality of the units. They do inspections/ treatments every 2 months for rats and roaches yet you will still find them in your unit. The management is HORRIBLE. The only good thing about this place is the Maintenance team who carries this whole complex on their back. Sam & Humberto I appreciate everything that you guys could do. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND. If you are looking, LOOK AT OTHER PLACES I PROMISE IT IS NOT WORTH IT.

  The best part of living at Park Village West is the maintenance and groundskeeping team. The head technician, Humberto, is so friendly and made sure to introduce himself to me the first day I moved in. Throughout my time living here, any time I have had a maintenance issue the team was able to resolve it quickly and efficiently. When something took a bit longer to resolve, they were communicative and kept me in the loop of where they were in the process of something and when the issue was expected to be resolved. This team helps bring community to the complex and are always a friendly face to say hi to when you see them out and about.

  I've lived here for several years. The maintenance team has always been the strongest part of this community. They are professional, responsive, and do a great job keeping things running smoothly. On the other hand, management has been inconsistent over the years, with communication and follow-through sometimes falling short of expectations. There have also been recurring pest-control treatments that can be inconvenient for residents. Overall, it's a decent place to live, largely because of the excellent maintenance staff, but there is room for improvement in the management experience.

  I recently leased an apartment at Park Village West, and I can’t say enough great things about my leasing agent, Jahanvi. From the very first interaction to the final signing, she was professional, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right home. Jahanvi went above and beyond throughout the entire process — answering my questions promptly, walking me through every step, and making what can be a stressful experience feel smooth and easy. It was clear she truly cares about her clients, not just closing a lease. If you’re looking for an apartment at Park Village West, ask for Jahanvi. You’ll be in great hands!

They have always been professional, courteous, and respectful during every interaction. * They respond to maintenance requests promptly and efficiently. * They take the time to understand the issue and explain the work being done. * Their repairs are completed with great attention to detail and high quality. * They are friendly, approachable, and always willing to help. * They maintain a positive attitude and ensure that residents are satisfied before leaving. * Their dedication and hard work contribute greatly to making our community a comfortable place to live.
