  I originally gave this place 5 stars because of the maintenance team, and I still stand by that. They are great and have always been helpful. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same about the current management. After living here and dealing with different situations, it honestly feels like the people currently running this property are simply not prepared to manage it. Whenever there is a problem, the attitude seems to be “there’s nothing we can do” and residents are basically left to figure it out themselves. We don’t even know the proper way to communicate with management anymore or who we’re supposed to contact when something actually needs to be resolved. The gym situation this week is just another example. The access app isn’t working, my wife explained that she can only use the gym after office hours, and the answer was basically, “I can’t do anything for you.” That’s not a solution. The same thing happened during the snowstorms. There was nobody from the office here to properly coordinate with the snow removal company, nobody seemed to know where the snow was supposed to go, and the whole situation became a mess. At some point, when the response to every problem is basically “we can’t do anything,” you have to wonder who is actually managing the property. We pay around $2,500 a month to live here. I don’t expect special treatment. I just expect the people responsible for managing the property to actually manage it. The previous management was significantly better, and unfortunately the difference is very noticeable. And just to be clear, I’m not interested in receiving a generic response from the office to this review. The problem I’m describing is the office itself. If this review is going to receive a response, I would genuinely appreciate hearing directly from Victoria.

  Moved in july 2025 and moved out before the lease could even end (Yes i was still paying rent until end of lease). This place is over priced for the quality of the units. They do inspections/ treatments every 2 months for rats and roaches yet you will still find them in your unit. The management is HORRIBLE. The only good thing about this place is the Maintenance team who carries this whole complex on their back. Sam & Humberto I appreciate everything that you guys could do. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND. If you are looking, LOOK AT OTHER PLACES I PROMISE IT IS NOT WORTH IT.

  We have the best maintenance team! We had a few issues in the last couple of months but they were super helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of! We’re blessed to have Samuel and Humberto in our community!!

  The maintenance for every help has been top notch like replacing utilities, repairing electrical stuff, repairing plumbing issues. The help has been provided almost instantaneously. I would like to mention Sam (Samuel) and Humberto for their prompt help and resolving all my issues the same day or max the next day. Appreciate all their efforts and attention to detail towards tenant's requirements.
