The sales team is wonderful. Very attentive to detail and keeping new owners informed about progress on their units. They are always available to answer questions and help in any way they can.

My wife Molly Kealy and I have both benefited and enjoyed our visits to the Chauncy Lake development because of the excellent and knowledgeable service provided by our sales rep Mary Burbank. Mary's responsiveness always exceeds usual expectations, returning calls and answering questions after hours and on days off, and her friendly and bright disposition make every interaction pleasant as well as informative.

The condos are well constructed and aesthetically lovely inside the individual units. But, management by The Dartmouth Group is severely lacking. I recently sold my 4th floor unit after 22 months of being harassed by another resident and my complaints fell on deaf ears with my Division Board and Lauren Lima/Lon Brotman, vice president of The Dartmouth Group (who manages the complex) and the on site full time Dartmouth Group manager. No formal forms in place to lodge complaints. I felt unsafe due to that, combined with having my unit located in the building where the Sales Office is located and prospective buyers are allowed to roam floors unaccompanied and even opened the door to my home and entered as they were unaware it was occupied. All reported to management and concerns again were ignored. HOA fees went up double digit percentage after one year of being made a Division. Clubhouse and pool too small for amount of residents. Constructive suggestions ignored. Grandchildren definitely unwelcome, and as single person, bringing a partner was also discouraged to events. Very glad to have closed that chapter of my life.

I love my Pulte home. It has quality workmanship and is centrally
located---close to shopping, dining, medical resources and the
library. There are lots of activities offered in the clubhouse
including a gym.
