- NNNCSep 15, 20261.0This place is great if you don’t mind the Fire system to blow the most obnoxious loud pitched sound ever 30 Seconds as it has since yesterday so over 24 hrs ( I know hard to believe staff would get fixed ?No they have left at 1 pm 2 Fridays in a row so we could Listen for 48/72 straight hours , the Manager ( we think spent money so he’s behin

Today was the 3rd straight day of the broken fire system beeping 24/7 ( there’s bn many others, you walk in to the stench of trash any time past 5/6pm Fri night the trash shoot was already up to and past 1st floor level,Mon am up to just below 4th floor ( meaning to empty trash u had to go to higher floor trash shoot). If that isn’t plain n simple bad management I don’t know what is? I will ad pics of the soiled carpets which when I left last review carpets where vacuum and washed daily and weekly. The Fire alarm itself has bn going off more then ever and there is a mice problem ( they tried to stop by blocking up holes in corners at least ) There have bn 2 complaints of items missing inside there homes this maybe because there are new maintenance men borrowed from other locations where as b4 we had the same 2 “Gentleman” who by the way emptied the trash last thing daily and on Sat afternoon ( they both have resigned under new regime). I will leave pics of Carpeting n be sure to grab over flowing trash in nr future I’m sure . Spend your $2900 per month on a 1Br wiser !
