  I would like to say a big Thankyou to Rolando for the work he's been doing for the bathroom floor update! He's very good to work with because he communicates what the changes are , when is it a good time to schedule them, and provides what the expected outcome should be looking like for that given issue. He's friendly , always got a smile, and is a pleasure to work with in this update and all the past times he's helped out with other updates for the apartment. I hope that the Bridge Property team knows what an asset they have with Rolando and continues to grow him within the company.

  My husband and I lived in this apartment complex for three years and would have happily stayed for longer! We left solely to buy a home to have our own space. Everything about our time here was amazing! The access to the Charles River Greenway is unbeatable and the private dog park is a game changer. The staff work hard to make the apartment complex feel like home. The current maintenance staff is incredible. He’s so kind, quick to respond, and always says hi to our dogs. Nicole has worked in the office nearly our whole time here and organizes fun events. She’s always responsive to concerns, is quick to communicate via email or in person, and always has a treat at the ready for our dogs so they love seeing her, too. We are so grateful for our time here and will miss it dearly!

  I would like to recognize the outstanding work Rolando does as the Service Manager. Every time I have needed assistance in my apartment, he has responded quickly, professionally, and with a friendly attitude. What impressed me the most was that he not only fixed the issue efficiently, but also took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was completely satisfied before leaving. It’s obvious that he truly cares about doing the job right and providing exceptional customer service. After living in several apartment communities, I can honestly say Rolando is one of the best Service Managers I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He is respectful, dependable, organized, and always makes you feel confident that the job will be done correctly. Employees like Rolando make a real difference and greatly improve the living experience in this community. Thank you for your dedication and for consistently providing exceptional service. Five stars are well deserved!

  Rolando is super attentive to the needs of the building and residents and goes above and beyond to ensure their wellbeing and care. Rolando is dependable and cares about the residents here, and I am grateful for his dedicated work ethic.
