  Genuinely impressed by Aleksei and the entire NEPMM team. I am grateful to have them as our property management and maintenance company and would readily recommend them to any HOA seeking new management. As a Trustee, I have found working with NEPMM to be collaborative, professional, and consistently on point. Over the past year, the team has provided invaluable help with vendor searches, maintenance, troubleshooting, legal matters, financial planning, and budget development. A special thank-you to Aliona, whose 20+ years of HOA financial accounting experience were invaluable in helping us develop our budget and financial projections. Aleksei is personally invested in finding the right solutions and making sure work is done properly. He meets with vendors, shows them the issues firsthand, and even supervises their work when needed. His involvement gives me confidence that projects will be completed correctly and at a competitive cost. The rest of the NEPMM staff is very friendly and do their part in many back end and front end matters, including outreach to ensure payments are collected. Once again, I can highly recommend NEPMM to any HOA in the area.

  I am a trustee at our small condo complex. After going through several management companies, we have finally found a gem. Aleksei and staff are extremely professional and helpful. They respond quickly to problems and questions. They get us high-quality vendors at the best price. I highly recommend them.

  I just would like to know that other new england property rental places are really nice from the photos. The place I live is not well kept up with. They will renovate the apartments when people move out.But cleaning maintaining the outside property , the inside needs clean , so Bad. The laundry rooms need renovated So bad. But the other properties from the pictures that I see are really nice properties.But ours need more attention
