  Really great company to rent from Becky was great to work with and every time I need something fixed they had someone in the apartment the same week to fix w.e it was that needed fixing want to say thank you to Becky and Rosen property for a great 2 years

  You: Response from the owner 27 minutes ago We are hired to choose the most qualified tenant. In your case, there were multiple prospective tenants that qualified ahead of you. We wish you the best of luck in your new home search. We were the first people to see the apartment wasn't even advertised yet? Was told to contact immediately and did so. Then I followed up multiple times, to only be lied to. Nice way to do business. I work with the public so I will make sure everyone I come in contact with knows about this, shady!

  Worst experience of my life. My realtor told me they’re garbage like the overpriced apartments they rent out. Becky stated she would not run a credit check until she confirmed interest in an apartment. There was no interest and we requested the application be cancelled. Yet she pulled my credit report anyway and charged $40, yet says “This person isn’t even a client of RPM and has never done business with us.”
