- JHJoyce HeineApr 21, 20262.0Lived there year and one half until 9/27/25. Elevator out of service several times. 40 years old and always patched instead of replacing. Garage door broken for 4 months- security risk plus warnings of coyotes and racoons around building. Mouse in my apartment. Mold in hallways and my apartment. Owner refused to have tested, but put air purifier in bedroom costing me extra electric charges on my bill.
