  Lived there year and one half until 9/27/25. Elevator out of service several times. 40 years old and always patched instead of replacing. Garage door broken for 4 months- security risk plus warnings of coyotes and racoons around building. Mouse in my apartment. Mold in hallways and my apartment. Owner refused to have tested, but put air purifier in bedroom costing me extra electric charges on my bill.

  Miguel, our maintenance manager, is excellent. He is very responsive to any issues we encounter. He is very knowledgeable and performs repairs correctly. He is friendly and takes time to explain things.

  Vantage Pointe Apartments are a great place to live. My Dad and I have enjoyed living here since 1990. There are many amenities within the complex, such as a swimming pool, lovely grounds to walk around and even a gardening area. The apartments are quiet, you rarely hear your neighbors and having a washer and dryer right in the apartment is excellent. There is also an ample storage area available in the underground garage. The Vantage Pointe staff are welcoming and helpful. The residents make this a friendly community to live in, and you can also have a furry family member here, too! Vantage Pointe is also well situated with many shops with in walking distance, as well as a bus route and train station. It is also near beaches and not far from Boston
