We have had a serious mouse infestation since January 2026, and it is now April with zero real resolution. This isn’t a one-off issue—this is an ongoing, active infestation that management has completely failed to fix.
Instead of actually solving the problem (like sealing entry points or addressing the source), they’ve done the bare minimum—throwing down traps and poison while the mice continue to come into our unit. There are droppings throughout the apartment, and the problem has never been contained.
Even worse, this has been going on for three months with the Board of Health involved, and still nothing meaningful has been done.
When we asked to be removed from these conditions, their solution was honestly unbelievable:
Move us into another unit in the SAME building (that hasn’t been properly treated) and expect us to pay $400 more per month while signing a new 12-month lease. So not only do they fail to provide a habitable unit, they try to profit off the situation.
We have an infant living in this apartment, and management has shown zero urgency or concern for the health and safety of a child living in an active infestation. That alone should tell you everything you need to know.
This place is unsanitary, unsafe, and completely mismanaged. They do not take serious issues seriously, and they will not fix problems—they will stall, deflect, and push the burden onto you.
If you care at all about your living conditions, especially if you have children, do not move here.
