- LLL.Aug 19, 20262.0Pay 1650.00 a month to find roaches in the kitchen a month after moving in the unit. I called office left messenge. I emailed the property manager. I didn't here back from anyone. I couldn't walk or drive to the office at the time (recovering from surgery) so 4 weeks later I went to office and showed video of the roaches on the counter and going behind cabinets. They put my unit on the Exterminating list. The Exterminator only puts bait on kitchen cabinets hinges. That isn't doing anything to get rid of the roaches. Im still seeing roaches. They need to proper exterminate all six units to get rid of the roaches. I didn't have roaches in my last unit. The Exterminator has came to my unit twice. My neighbor noticed roaches in their unit starting back in March. Neighbor has complained but they didn't get back to them. I did vouch for that Neighbor because we share walls. I honestly think they should fumigate all 6 units.
