  I’ve been here over a month an loving every minute. The community is awesome kids dogs laughter playing Maintenance is awesome. Shout out to Matt and Travis can’t forget you. You’re the one that made this work had faith with the process I had moving in. Looking forward to many years living here wonderful amenities check it out ❤️

  This was my boyfriend's and my first apartment together, and unfortunately, we chose not to renew our lease. It's disappointing because when I toured the model unit, it seemed perfectly fine, but the actual apartment felt like a bait-and-switch. From the day we moved in, there were numerous maintenance and upkeep issues. Much of the apartment had been painted over repeatedly, causing doors and windows to stick. In fact, our second entrance door was nearly unusable because it would not open properly. The bathroom sink leaked and smelled strongly of mildew, and the dishwasher was broken upon move-in. To close the dishwasher door, I had to physically pull the unit out and push it back into place. The stove still contained food residue from the previous tenant, which immediately set off our smoke alarms the first time we used it. All of this was noted in our walkthrough and the manager at the time did nothing to remedy this. The overall condition of the apartment was poor. The floors were uneven, with noticeable dips throughout. The baseboards appeared as though they had never been cleaned and were packed with dust and insulation that even a vacuum couldn't remove. Many were damaged, falling apart, and covered in layers of paint. The bathroom exhaust fan was literally hanging from the ceiling when we moved in, and the toilet frequently failed to refill with water which became worse after maintenance attempted to repair it. Being on the ground floor came with its own problems, including a persistent house centipede issue. We also dealt with excessive noise from neighboring residents. Small children regularly ran through the halls and outside our windows, screamed, dropped objects, and frequently left bikes leaning directly against our windows. The exterior upkeep was just as concerning. I often noticed vehicles parked for months at a time with flat tires that appeared abandoned. Parking is already limited, so allowing these vehicles to sit indefinitely only made the situation worse. Overall, it seemed like there was very little attention given to maintenance, cleanliness, or enforcing community standards. While I can't say whether this was specific to my building or reflected the property as a whole, my experience left the impression that there was little to no ongoing upkeep. Unfortunately, what started with a promising tour ended up being a very disappointing living experience.

  I would love my apartment if it didn't have cockroaches. We weren't warned about the infestation before moving into building 27 and even after treatment they will not go away. The company doesn't want to spend the money to do the whole building and see where they're coming from. I feel swindled and upset.

  After staying for 7 years, they have refunded only 25% my security deposit saying paining is gone some areas and observed stains. They never painted in last seven years. New management frustrates. It was pathetic.

  I lived here for nearly four years, and it was a wonderful place to call home. The location is very convenient, the neighborhood is friendly, and the community amenities are well maintained. One thing that really stood out to me was the excellent maintenance service. Whenever an unexpected repair issue came up, the team responded quickly and resolved it efficiently. I would especially like to thank **Mike**, who is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. I also want to thank the property manager and the leasing office staff for their kindness, professionalism, and support throughout my time here. Although I moved out because I purchased a home, I truly appreciate the great experience I had living in this community. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, well-managed, and welcoming place to live.
