It’s a safe and comfortable place and enjoyable scenery there is also trails that you can walk through if you enjoy walks through the woods. I always feel comfortable when will from maintenance comes in to fix something he is a great guy and knows me and my siblings very well. I haven’t met Melissa in the office yet but my mom likes her and she seems to be very helpful. I love it here

You will see kiddos playing outside together and everyone watching out for each other and each others kiddos! They’re accommodating when it comes to any issue and Will who works in maintenance gets any work order done at a rapid speed and is very accommodating and friendly! Melissa in the office is always so inviting and helpful- no matter what the issue is she has always been attentive and helpful! Any issues are resolved in a timely manner and they are just all around good people. Me and my kiddos love it here!
- JLJohn LearnardNov 3, 20251.0I lived at Birchwood Hills for two years and all I have to say is stay away they will go in your unit without permission. They will tell you they’re gonna have inspections so you will take the day off to be there and they will never show up the place is infested with mice The two years I’ve lived there. I’ve seen people come and go every two months not caring about the lease the amount of money they charge you. It is not worth it. Trust me stay away.
