  received a tour by Jacob, I’d love to move it to the Space. It’s exactly what I’m looking for location and size.. Timing issue is when my unit sells to be able to move forward with moving into Sofi

  I was interested in looking at apartments. I was so happy to be greeted on time on appointment date. Jacob cayer was very polite and answered all my questions. Its stressful to move he gave me alot of direction if I move in the future. Thank you very much.

  My wife and I stopped into Sofi last month without an appointment (we were in the area) and were greeted by Jacob. He was kind enough to drop everything and gave us a tour of the property on the spot. We were blown away by the property from start to finish. The property was clean, had ample amount of amenities, & was everything that we were looking for. Most importantly, we felt very welcomed by Jacob as he answered all of our questions, gave us options, and helped us feel comfortable with our decision. Two weeks later, we were able to secure the unit that we had hoped for. We move-in in a few months and cannot wait to be a part of the community. They say first impressions are everything, and Jacob certainly represented the property well during our visit.
