  Honestly really enjoyed living here so far. The location is awesome being right by the beach, and the building itself is well maintained compared to before STYL came in. Management and maintenance have both been great to deal with and always seem approachable and willing to help when something comes up. Fitz from maintenance has also been awesome anytime I’ve needed anything in the apartment, quick to respond and just genuinely nice. Overall it’s been a really good experience and definitely one of the better managed places I’ve lived. Thanks for everything!

  Vile. I toured this apartment complex and was genuinely disgusted. The hallways smelled like straight sewage mixed with animal urine, and there were visible pee stains throughout the property. After reading other reviews, it’s obvious this has been an ongoing issue that management has no interest in fixing. Imagine paying luxury-level rent just to step outside your apartment and get hit with the stench of pee and sewer every single day. To make things worse, the elevator was broken, so getting anywhere took forever. For a “beachside” building, the upkeep felt shockingly neglected and trashy. And apparently management thought it was a brilliant idea to lease commercial space to a restaurant/bar that plans to stay open until 2AM EVERY night. Clearly no consideration whatsoever for the people actually living in the building. Nothing says “home” like trying to sleep through pounding music while your hallway smells like a kennel mixed with a backed-up drain. This place looks good in photos and that’s about it. I am also confident this building is creating fake Google accounts to write positive reviews and boost their own ratings.

  I’ve had a great experience at Ryder. The property is clean, well maintained, and feels safe and welcoming. Adrienne Hullum The leasing manager was especially helpful professional, responsive, she makes everything smooth and stress-free. They are quick to answer questions and genuinely cared about making sure everything goes well. Highly recommend!
