  I'm generous giving Rosemont 2 stars only because they maintain the grounds of the complex but that's about it and I have gone back and forth with myself before leaving this review but someone has to say the hard things. Do not move here! When we first moved in, things were good, not perfect but good, doable. Then came the rent increases. I'm a fair person and will not blame management for this issue. Let's get into the pest/rodent issues. INFESTED! No matter the cleanliness of your apartment because they will never do a full building inspection, just specific units that complain. When tenants move out, they go in, replace the carpets, slap new paint on the walls and that's it. The next tenants will be faced with rodent problems as well. Roaches crawling on the walls of the hallways and mice roaming the halls as well. Oh and don't get me started on the dumpsters in the back. Dumpsters filled to the brim, trash piling over for days. That is where the mice/rats reside until they make their way into our homes. I will say, to maintain a rodent free living space, tenants must do their part as well but management does not enforce any rules regarding trash and food sitting in the hallways for days. When you drive into the complex, you will see the grounds are maintained. Grass is cut and the amenities are maintained but it's all a lie. A big fat facade to get you to sign a lease. The theft. Your packages will most likely be stolen. You''ll report it to management, they'll pretend to care but nothing gets done. There are no security cameras in the buildings. Rosemont has a Tenants Association, yet and still people are faced with terrible living conditions. You write an email to Waterton Residential and they do absolutely nothing but forward your email right on over to the management office. The owners don't care either. This review was not written out of anger but to warn others. Take heed.

  Avoid This Money Pit 🚩 ​I’ve lived here for 6 years and watched my rent jump from $1,800 to $2,500, but the quality is worse than ever. Honestly, save yourself the headache. ​Insane Bills: The insulation is so bad that electricity and heathing runs $600–$800/month. It’s basically a second rent payment just to stay warm/cool. This kept me in perpetual debt, that I couldn't move out or afford to stay here. ​Maintenance is a Joke: I had rusty brown tap water for 3 years that caused skin and hair issues because they wouldn't fix a rusted boiler even after multiple service requests. They also ignored my loud washing machine until it completely broke down and flooded my place. ​Zero Upkeep: The gym equipments are mostly broken or missing. Snow removal is a disaster—they’ll plow your car in and leaving you to dig yourself out. They blocked most of the parking spots leading to residents fighting over unblocked spots. ​It’s an overpriced shoebox with management that does the bare minimum. Definitely look elsewhere. Edit: These are the issues I faced with my unit. But every other tenant is also facing similar kinds of issues that they have an association to discuss them. Attached flyer.
