- PJPraveen JApr 25, 20261.0Avoid This Money Pit 🚩 ​I’ve lived here for 6 years and watched my rent jump from $1,800 to $2,500, but the quality is worse than ever. Honestly, save yourself the headache. ​Insane Bills: The insulation is so bad that electricity and heathing runs $600–$800/month. It’s basically a second rent payment just to stay warm/cool. This kept me in perpetual debt, that I couldn't move out or afford to stay here. ​Maintenance is a Joke: I had rusty brown tap water for 3 years that caused skin and hair issues because they wouldn't fix a rusted boiler even after multiple service requests. They also ignored my loud washing machine until it completely broke down and flooded my place. ​Zero Upkeep: The gym equipments are mostly broken or missing. Snow removal is a disaster—they’ll plow your car in and leaving you to dig yourself out. They blocked most of the parking spots leading to residents fighting over unblocked spots. ​It’s an overpriced shoebox with management that does the bare minimum. Definitely look elsewhere. Edit: These are the issues I faced with my unit. But every other tenant is also facing similar kinds of issues that they have an association to discuss them. Attached flyer.
