  I recently toured The Oasis at Plymouth and was really impressed with the property. The apartments are beautiful, modern, and spacious, and the community itself is very clean and well-maintained. The amenities were also a huge plus and gave the property a really welcoming, resort-style feel. I met with Josh who was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the tour. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made the whole experience feel comfortable and easy. While I don’t currently live at The Oasis, my tour definitely left a great impression on me. It’s a beautiful community with a lot to offer, and I can’t wait until I’m ready to move so I can visit again to apply!

  My partner and I have lived at the Oasis at Plymouth for almost three years, and our experience overall has been truly wonderful. The staff is consistently attentive, responsive, and genuinely committed to making this community feel like home. This week, one particular team member went above and beyond, and I want to recognize him. During my usual morning walk with my dog around 7:30 a.m., I returned to my building and waited for the elevator. As the doors opened, I greeted a fellow resident, stepped inside, and shifted my keys from one hand to the other. In that split second, they slipped and fell straight down the elevator shaft — my car keys, of all things, on a workday morning. I immediately contacted emergency maintenance, and within minutes I received a call letting me know help was on the way. In about 15 minutes, Paul arrived, and retrieved my keys quickly and safely. What could have been a stressful, derailing morning turned into a moment of relief and gratitude. Paul, thank you for saving the day. Your quick response, professionalism, and kindness made all the difference. You’re a GEM. Side note, maintenance is great, from Mike to the crew, they are always there to help.

  I lived here for three years and had a really positive experience overall. The community is quiet, the location is convenient, and the staff was always friendly and welcoming. Any maintenance requests I had were handled in a reasonable amount of time, and I always felt comfortable living here. Like any place, there’s always room for small improvements, but I truly enjoyed my time here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to call home.

  Adriana showed us the Oasis with great skill and charm. She adroitly answered all our questions and asked a colleague for the one she wasn’t sure of. Her genuine hospitality made this beautiful property shine. Looking forward to finalizing a unit selection. Thank you.
