  I lived at Oasis for a little bit over three years and found living there to be an excellent experience. The employees in the leasing office were always very helpful. The maintenance crew was always quick to respond. Overall, I could not of been happier about my experience. The grounds and the property are well maintained. I only left The Oasis because I moved to another state. Highly recommended!

  Adriana is the most unprofessional individual I have ever have the displeasure of meeting. My wife and I toured the facility and during that time she made some very vulgar and hateful comments during our viewing, we have chosen to go with a different apartment complex due to her unprofessional nature and extreme hateful and vulgar comments during our viewing.

  I cannot say enough amazing things about my experience touring here, and it is all thanks to Adriana! Right from the start, she made me feel incredibly welcome. In the middle of the tour, a different leasing agent had to step away, and Adriana jumped right in without missing a beat. The transition was completely seamless, and she immediately made me feel like a close friend rather than just another client.She highlighted absolutely everything the community has to offer. The presentation of the units was immaculate. You can truly tell that the people who work here love their jobs. Adriana confidently told me during our walk that I wouldn't need to tour any other apartments after this one—and she was 100% right!I actually did visit another community right after our tour just to compare, and I was so disappointed. The other company was charging the exact same price, but they didn’t offer anywhere near the same quality, warmth, or professional presentation.Adriana completely sold me on this apartment. Even if I don't end up living here for whatever reason, this property will always stay in my back pocket. The place itself is an absolute "WOW," but the employees—especially Adriana—are on a completely different level. Thank you, Adriana, for such an incredible experience!

  I can’t say enough positive things about this place. The staff is exceptional—friendly, helpful, and always attentive. Maintenance responds quickly and efficiently to any unit requests. The location is ideal, especially for Patriots fans, with the stadium just minutes away. Plus, there’s a nearby T-station that provides easy access to both Boston and Providence. The apartment complex offers excellent amenities and includes free parking, which is a huge bonus since most places charge for a spot. The units themselves are modern and feature Smart Home technology, allowing you to lock/unlock doors, control lights, and adjust the thermostat right from your phone. Each unit also has a washer and dryer, which is very convenient compared to other complexes in the area that rely on communal laundry facilities. Overall, I would rate this place a 10/10 and highly recommend it to anyone comfortable with living just outside of Boston!

  I had a very disappointing experience applying to this complex. Instead of asking me directly about my situation, they relied on information they heard from my current housing complex. I feel like I wasn’t given a fair opportunity to explain things myself. Communication and transparency are important during the application process, and unfortunately that wasn’t my experience here.”
