  I had a very disappointing experience applying to this complex. Instead of asking me directly about my situation, they relied on information they heard from my current housing complex. I feel like I wasn’t given a fair opportunity to explain things myself. Communication and transparency are important during the application process, and unfortunately that wasn’t my experience here.”

  I lived at the Oasis for nearly 7 years and I absolutely loved it. The complex is beautifully maintained all year and the pool is awesome. As a female living alone, I have always felt very safe here. There’s an app you can use to remotely control your locks, lights, and heating/AC which is really nice; I leave it low for the day and turn it higher as I head home to save on energy. The leasing office is always very quick to reply and is run by kind and professional staff. There’s generally a little goodie, treat or event once a month for the residents; I’ll miss the Thanksgiving sandwiches the most. I’ve had two dogs while living here and they’ve both loved the patio; an outdoor space is important to me. It’s honestly a beautiful place to live, 10/10.

  We lived in Oasis for one year and we were very happy. If we weren’t moving into a house we would have stayed. The staff in the office are so friendly and always eager to help. The maintenance people are there right away if you need anything. The pool is beautiful and the clubhouse has all kinds of fun things to do. My family and I highly recommend Oasis of Plainville. It really is a great place to live.

  I would like to give this community a 5 Star experience. I came to take a tour when they where still being constructed. I kept in communication with the team and I finally pulled the trigger. It’s been a month +/- and the neighbors are great. But their service is great. I had some issues with my locks (as any new or old building can have, it’s a manufacturer defect)...for example the maintaince supervisor just left my apartment at 1:00am...got home around midnight, called and 15 minutes later he’s onsite...I told him he could look at it in the morning but he insisted on replacing the whole key pad this evening. Thank you. -Snow removal, everyone here works as a team, texts you in advance and even see the Managment with shovels and snow blowers out...they text you and email you right away when packages arrive...and always friendly even after you sign the lease. Of course you can’t satisfy everyone but if you can please 9.5/10 reviews. That’s good enough for me. Highly recommend.
