  Moving is never an easy task. But when you have a new place that meets and checks all the boxes, it takes the pain out of the move. PJ made the correct recommendation that met our needs. The building is quiet and appealing. Learning the area and all that it has to offer made it easy to adjust to.

  PJ at Norton Links went above and beyond during my apartment search. During the apt tour, she was very informative, allowed us to take our time and ask questions. I was comparing another apt complex as well and PJ was able to point out some benefits and amenities that Norton Links offered that the other complex did not, which helped make my decision to choose Norton Links! The property is stunning design wise, very tasteful and modern. The coffee bar in the clubhouse stocked with complimentary coffee of varied flavors is a huge plus! There are also plenty of seating areas which I have already taken advantage of to work remotely. When I moved in, there was minor leak under the kitchen sink. I placed a maintenance order on the convenient app and maintenance came the very next morning and fixed the leak within 10 minutes! My pup loves the little dog park, which is also convenient for his dog trainer to come and train him right on the property! I've also really been enjoying getting fresh air outside on the oversized balcony and the proximity to the Great Woods Marketplace is super convenient! Also have to share that PJ went above and beyond to accommodate being able to move into my unit early due to a personal situation, which I am super grateful for. Choosing Norton Links is turning out to be an excellent decision!

  I have been a resident for several months, and while the property looks appealing at first, my overall experience has been concerning. There have been ongoing maintenance issues, including a recurring leak in my unit that has not been fully investigated to determine the root cause. I have also noticed visible cracks within my apartment, which raises concerns about possible structural movement. In addition, there appear to be ventilation concerns, including drafts and occasional odors, which may be contributing to moisture-related issues. Communication and resolution from management have been inconsistent. I have experienced situations where I was instructed not to use essential areas of my home without a clear timeline or proper follow-up. There have also been conflicting explanations regarding lease processes and responsibilities, which has been frustrating. I have also had interactions with management that felt unprofessional and, in my experience, at times biased and inconsistent, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. It also seems to be a revolving door, which raises questions about why tenants may not be staying long-term.Based on my experience, I believe these concerns warrant further review at the corporate level. While the community has potential and is well-located, I would strongly encourage prospective tenants to ask detailed questions about maintenance response, building conditions, and management policies before signing a lease.
