- PGPeter GeorgeMay 5, 20265.0My wife and I moved into Martins Landing in April 2026. We love our single level one bedroom, one bath unit. The layout is spacious. We are constantly amazed by how quiet everything is. We do not hear our neighbors on either side of us. We do not have any complaints. The process of looking for the unit that was right for us was excellent. We never felt rushed or pushed to make a decision. All of our questions were answered and the sales office went out of their way to meet our requirements after talking with us. The move in process was seamless. The customer care group here at Martins Landing is outstanding and always very responsive. Our neighbors are all friendly and kind. The philosophy of the residents and customer care group is to help each other and be kind. The quality of the buildings, the individual units, and the construction is all excellent. This is a great 55+ community. We recommend Martins Landing without hesitation.

The floor plans vary as do the upgrades. The Club House is lovely and spacious with a large grilling area in the back. As a Realtor* who has helped sellers and buyers at the complex, I have enjoyed meeting many residents and can feel their sense of community.
