My husband and I worked with Alison, who was professional, knowledgeable and very personable. Because of the availability and our timing, we ended up with a place elsewhere. However, based upon our experience; if the opportunity arose and the timing was right, we would come back to Ames to look for a place in a heartbeat.

The grounds are always well maintained and crews worked tirelessly during the blizzard this past year to keep the parking lot clear. As most folks on here have noted, a special shout out goes to Fran, the head of maintenence. He is incredibly friendly, skilled, and knowledgeable.

Just hopefully I don’t have an emergency in my home where i need to make a phone call and it doesn’t go through because the cell service is choppy but other than that. It’s a beautiful and cozy community. It makes me feel safe and at home
