  My leasing consultant, Angela Noonan, was great. She stayed after business hours and communicated with a third party service to get my lease completed and signed as fast as possible.

  DO NOT MOVE HERE. Elevator has been down for 2 weeks now, packets get stolen and management does nothing about it, parking lot floods every time there’s a storm (literally water up to the windows of cars) and price keeps going up. It’s insane!!

  There is a lot to say, but I’ll keep it short. There is absolutely no sound insulation in the ceilings, and it often feels as though you’re living in the same unit as your upstairs neighbors. As a result, your quality of life can become heavily dependent on how considerate they are. My health and overall well-being have been significantly impacted since moving here last month because of an extremely inconsiderate upstairs neighbor. Ultimately, the choice is yours. You can take this warning seriously and invest your money and peace of mind elsewhere, or you can risk being stuck here for a year while someone else’s behavior dictates your daily comfort and quality of life. It’s a simple choice. That said, the leasing staff, especially Angela, have been excellent in addressing our concerns and offering potential solutions. Unfortunately, no solution can be fully effective if your upstairs neighbor is unwilling to be considerate of those living below them. Edit: you can see my life as what’s described by the leasing office as “Normal Living Noise” of the upstair neighbor!!!

  Alicia in the Leasing Office and Travis in Maintenance have gone above and beyond to make sure my stay at 21 East has been nothing short of amazing! The times I have needed to request maintenance Travis was at my door within minutes!
