  I had such a positive experience working with Adrianna throughout the entire apartment search and application process. From the very beginning, she was incredibly kind, responsive, patient, and helpful with every question I had. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly, kept me updated throughout the process, and genuinely made what can be a very stressful experience feel so much easier. Although we ultimately decided not to move forward with the apartment due to a change in circumstances, I still wanted to leave a review because the experience I had with Adrianna absolutely deserves to be recognized. She went above and beyond to help us, and I truly appreciated how accommodating and communicative she was every step of the way. I would absolutely recommend working with Adrianna to anyone considering living here. Thank you again for all of your help and for making the entire process such a positive experience!

  We are so glad to have moved into our new apartment at Middleborough Station! A special shout out to Adreanna who made the process so smooth. With every question she was right there to answer and was so helpful when the process took some unexpected turns. Now that we are here the apartment is wonderful, so well laid out and clean. The staff are nice and accommodating and we are enjoying the amenities including the newly open pool!

  I did the move out state virtually and the process was quite accesible. Adreanna was great and she was able to provide direct and clear communication. Even when a situation that complicated the move ocurred on my end, Adreanna excelled and went out her way to make sure things were ready for the move in date. She was kind and professional. She definitely made the move in process easier and less stressful.

  We are going to be relocating to MA from California and the thought of finding a new home across the country without being able to physically explore the area has been daunting and overwhelming--until I discovered Middleborough Station and met Adreanna. She is incredibly responsive, kind, and went the extra mile to provide us clarity on how to proceed. She answered all of my questions, she provided additional information I didn't think to ask, and she gave me a personalized video tour of a unit, from hallway to balconies. We are leasing a 3 bedroom and it looks STUNNING. The layout, the features, the closet space. Just amazing. I feel confident that the community will be just as vibrant based on my interactions with Adreanna and the leasing team. I've owned houses for the last 15 years, so this will also be an adjustment and the leasing process was seamless. We were complete within 72 hours. I can now figure out all the other elements of this relocation knowing I have a LUXURY safe harbor to call home in the fall. Plus, it's pet friendly and I know my mini schnauzer will love exploring the new community. Can't wait to move in!!!

  My partner and I recently visited Middleborough Station as we’re exploring a move from Plymouth, and I wanted to share some feedback from our experience. From the very first phone call, Adreanna was outstanding — professional, easy to talk to, and extremely informative. We scheduled a tour for Friday at 3:00 PM, and when we arrived she was assisting another family, so we had the chance to meet with Mike. He was just as impressive. Great personality, very professional, and equally knowledgeable. He showed us two 2‑bedroom models. The first was a bit smaller than what we’re looking for, but the larger layout was perfect. The only challenge we’re trying to work through is that the available larger model is on the first floor, with the living room facing the parking lot. We’re a little hesitant about headlights shining directly into the window. We’re still very open to a 2‑bedroom, but we’re also interested in seeing a 3‑bedroom if one becomes available. Unfortunately, there wasn’t one to tour during our visit, but we’re hopeful to view one soon as we’re aiming to make a decision in the coming months. Overall, we loved the intimacy of the community and felt a genuinely great vibe. Thank you to both Adreanna and Mike for making our experience a truly great one. We’ll be in touch soon. Robert & Rick
