I just moved in and have really enjoyed living here so far. The leasing team is great (especially Josh Casillas) and my every question/issue was answered. The grounds are clean, taken care of, and updated. I have no qualms about recommending this complex in the future to my friends!

We are really enjoying our stay at Arcadia. Everyone has made us feel so welcome, particularly Josh has gone above & beyond to really make us feel at home! And the amenities are excellent! The gym & pool are so nice to have. The access to the river walk beside the apartment is lovely and makes it a very peaceful place to live.

Having lived at Arcadia at Rivers Edge for 3.5 years, I can easily recommend it to anyone looking for a well-run community close to the city. The location is unbeatable. Getting into Boston is a breeze whether you drive or use the convenient shuttle to the T. The grounds and building are consistently well-maintained, and the maintenance team deserves huge credit because anytime an issue comes up, they handle it quickly and professionally. Kaitlin and her team are doing a great job keeping everything running smoothly and are always responsive. It's great that they recently added on-site EV charging stations, though the charging rates feel a bit above market price. Still, it's a minor thing in an otherwise great place to live.
