  Great apartment complex! Well kept, quick response to problems, and always improving community areas. Close to shops, restaurants and train. Highly recommend.

  Lived here for two years. Read this thoroughly before you decide to settle in here. Everything I said below is honest to god, and did not exaggerate in anyway. I’ll start with the pros: 1. Phenomenal out door environment. Grass, trees, rivers, wild animals… You will question yourself if you are actually living in Boston. If you are a jogger or a dog parent, this is a great place. 2. Dog friendly. The apartment provide dog poop bags and waste bins around the premise. Furthermore the dog community is so caring and supportive. Almost everyday there’s a dog meeting party at 5pm, where the dogs will just play and have fun. 3. Exceptional maintenance team. Every single member of the maintenance crew is awesome. They respond fast, fix fast, and show up with manner. Usually they’ll fix everything within 24 hours after you submit a maintenance request. Truly amazing. 4. Jessica. The only lease office lady that cares about you and willing to help. Respond email very fast and always with an answer. She is the person you will contact with if you have any questions living in here. 5. Great amenities: gym is good for cardio as well as weight training, has a brand new common room, a swimming pool, a business room with isolated units and printer, and even a farm garden. 6. Great unit amenities: has island, A/C, big fridge, electric stove and oven, as well as built in washer dryer, and walking closets. All looks new. Now, the cons: 1. Cockroach issues: happened when I first moved in to the new apartment, they call the pest control immediately but it took almost half month to eliminate all the roaches. This is disturbing as you could have imagine when you first move into a new apartment. Their answer to this was other apartment next to us has hygiene issues, and the roaches were basically crawling into my apartment from sewers. 2. Poor noise control within floors: Walls are thin. You can hear people walking and their TV sound above you, hear people next to you talking or snoring. 3. Little to no security cameras. I had two bikes stolen from the garage worth of almost 4000$, just disappeared, and apparently there are only two cameras in the garage near the entrance and exit door. So if you want to, you can basically steal anything from garage as long as you don’t go through the main entrance. In terms of other places in the premise, as far as I’ve seen, there is only one security camera in the package room. That’s it. 4. Awful leasing/management team (Jessica excluded): they do not care. If issue rises, their first reaction is to make you solve the issue yourself. For example, noise complaint, they told me to find the exact noise source, record the noise, and submit to them, then they will think about it to put it into action, even though I told them I’m 90% sure it’s from the unit above me, but their response is basically “meh, you’re not 100% sure, so I’m not going to take action until you are.” Another example, bike stolen from the premise, their reaction is “I’m so sorry, but if you want us to compensate in any way? No way!” 5. High charging fee for lost parking permit: if you have a vehicle, DO NOT LOSE YOUR PARKING PERMIT!!! that little plastic card will cost you 75$ if you lost it. 6. Poor satellite connection. If you choose to live here, get WiFi immediately, or else you will feel like living in a jungle.

  This apartment complex is great but the leasing team makes it the best, especially Katlyn! She has been quite helpful with resolving any issues and she is very attentive and friendly during conversations. Come here if you want a memorable and fun experience in Medford!

  Modern and clean apartment complex. Great views of the mystic river. Short walk to the orange line (wellington).
