  This apartment complex is great but the leasing team makes it the best, especially Katlyn! She has been quite helpful with resolving any issues and she is very attentive and friendly during conversations. Come here if you want a memorable and fun experience in Medford!

  Modern and clean apartment complex. Great views of the mystic river. Short walk to the orange line (wellington).

  I’ve really enjoyed living here. The apartment is well kept and management is easy to work with. The maintenance team is especially great — super prompt, professional, and friendly, and issues get fixed quickly and done right. The view of the river is beautiful, and having a clean park nearby is a huge plus. Overall, a solid place to live and I’d definitely recommend it.

  Was told by the leasing office they only have 20 minutes of time for me. The assistant manager walked a whole mile ahead of me on her phone the entire time. Had to speed walk to trail behind her. Did not show us the model. Showed us a two bedroom that was absolutely filthy, Smelled like cigarette smoke And unfinished. The cabinets look like they’re painted gray, by hand. You can tell they put their money in the common areas, but not the apartments People live in. The assistant manager did not ask us any questions. Did not try to engage in conversation or be personal and again was on her cell phone the entire time walking the whole mile ahead. I felt like I was bothering her during our speedy 20 minute hour. I would never rent here.
