  My parents recently moved into Summerhill Glen. People there are really friendly and the apartment is super clean. The building is secure with the locked door and the hallway is beautiful and clean. It is a very quiet community and Caroline who is in charge of the apartment replies to my emails and phones very quickly. People in charge of the utilities are very kind and friendly as well. We are so grateful and my parents really like their new home!

  The property manager Caroline is terrific! She is extremely helpful and efficient in getting through the leasing process in a timely manner. Maintenance also has been very friendly and efficient in handling requests.

  As a recent new resident I am pleased to have found this 5 star community. My experience began with Caroline who is thoughtful, thorough and efficient. I found a property that is well tended with pride, quiet and full of residents who have welcomed me. I am looking forward to my residency here.

  I’m Bill and I’ve lived here for about 15 years and Summer Hill Glen and I find is one of the cleanest the nicest place that we have in the town of Maynard and I’m very happy with my apartment and I keep it clean and neat as best I can and I’m just happy to be here thank you
