  My parents recently moved into Summerhill Glen. People there are really friendly and the apartment is super clean. The building is secure with the locked door and the hallway is beautiful and clean. It is a very quiet community and Caroline who is in charge of the apartment replies to my emails and phones very quickly. People in charge of the utilities are very kind and friendly as well. We are so grateful and my parents really like their new home!

  The apartment complex is impeccably maintained—common areas are always clean, and everything feels well cared for. The location is very convenient, making errands easy. The staff are consistently friendly, responsive, and genuinely attentive. Special shout-out to Caroline—she goes above and beyond and truly makes the community feel welcoming. Highly recommend!

  I recently moved from one Summer Hill Glen apartment to another. Caroline was professional and knowledgeable in all aspects of my move down to the last detail. Lynn, director of maintenance, also has proven very helpful.

  Couldn't be happier. Very pleased. Delightful. Quiet. Well kept. Nice place to live. Caroline, the property manager is great - quick, efficient and responsive. Can't say enough good things about this property, its manager and those who maintain it. Keep up the good work! Thank you.
